Yr 3 @ Beggar Bush Activity Centre

25th April 2019
With little time to acclimatise back into the routine of school life, Year 3 were whisked off to Clifton College playing fields for a fun and action packed day at Beggar Bush. Would the hangover from Easter's chocolate and sweets hinder us? Absolutely not!
With the weather promising four seasons in one day, the children packed everything from anoraks to sun caps. A wise choice. Despite the pockets of rain throughout the day our high spirits never faulted nor our smiles and laughter.

We were lucky enough to experience four activities: den building, woodcraft whittling, animal tracking and campfire skills (toasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate).

Massive thank you to the Beggar Bush gang who were excellent throughout and also our parent helps who were perfectly adequate!
