On Tuesday, Year 5 and 6 were treated to a brilliant Science Workshop looking at Liquid Nitrogen. The workshop was carried out by 5 Year 10 students from Badminton School with one of their science teachers making sure that no one got injured. Ros had a great time smashing a banana that had been frozen to -196C in the liquid nitrogen and some other year 5 and 6s enjoyed tickling flowers which knocked all the petals off! It was an outstanding display of science and a fantastic experience to be inspired by some science role models.
