29th September 2017
After much anticipation and preparation Arts Week 2017 arrived with purpose. Glitter, glue, paint and patience, silk, skills, collage and co-operation filled every available space.
Each year group took inspiration from 'One Picture' from a different era of artistic genre and then spent the week drawing, painting, scultping and collaging. In addition to individual artistic works, each group also worked together to create a 'collaborative piece', a real challenge in vision and team work!
Below is a selection of the work produced, but please do come and see for yourself when we exhibit in our school hall on 14th & 15th October while we are part of the Bristol West Arts Trail.
A huge thank you to all who have contributed to the masterpieces and experiences that have resulted.
Thank you also to our cleaners - understanding the value of the mess that we created!
