After successfully leading our school for 11 years, our current Headteacher is moving on and we are seeking to appoint a leader who is able to build on the achievements of the school as it progresses on the next exciting phase of its development.

We are seeking someone who:

  • has a passion for teaching and learning;
  • sets high expectations for all;
  • is a strategic, inspiring and dynamic leader with a clear vision for future progress;
  • is confident in implementing the Ofsted framework;
  • will inspire, motivate, and support the children, staff, parents and wider community;
  • is highly committed to helping all children to achieve success and strive for their own high aspirations;
  • has a clear understanding of educational excellence, how to achieve it and the ability to make it happen;
  • has strong inter-personal and communication skills to collaborate with and lead a vibrant team;
  • demonstrates strong analytical and organisational skills to continue to build a school of excellence and opportunity;
  • has a good sense of humour.

After 6 years in the role, our current Deputy Headteacher is relocating at the end of this academic year and we are seeking to appoint a school leader to work alongside the Headteacher and who is able to build on the achievements of the school as it progresses on the next exciting phase of its development.

We will have a newly appointed Headteacher for September 2024; this is an opportunity for new leadership to be innovative and make their mark.
