    The school uses a number of formats in which to communicate with parents/ carers – text, email, website (letters/ newsletter) and school app SZapp (click for details to download). Where possible, communication will be electronic in format unless deemed appropriate/ necessary to send out a hard copy.

    Parent Teacher Association (PTA):

    student dress up

    The Christ Church School PTA is a Parent Teacher Association and every parent who has a child at the school automatically becomes a member.

    The PTA has two main roles:

    • to raise money to pay for additional items or experiences that the school suggests and that will enhance learning, playtimes or the school environment;
    • to organise activities and fundraisers for the children, families and staff of Christ Church School and so foster the growth of our school community.

    All parents, carers and teachers are warmly invited to participate actively in the PTA, so whether it's serving on the committee, planning activities or helping out at events, we will welcome anybody who would like to get involved. Being part of the PTA is a rewarding and fun way to contribute to, and be involved in, the school community.
